3. User Obligations

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Insurance Selection Services

As seniorinshub offers consultancy and selection assistance, refunds are possible under limited conditions. If you are unsatisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days after service completion.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please note that sessions already rendered cannot be refunded if the service has been delivered as agreed.

If a scheduled consultation needs to be rescheduled, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is allowed once without any penalty; subsequent rescheduling requests may not be honored.

4.2 Information Products

For any informational materials provided by seniorinshub, all sales are final and non-refundable. This is due to the intangible nature of the product and immediate access being granted upon purchase.

4.3 Physical Goods

If seniorinshub supplies physical materials related to our services, goods may be returned within 7 days of receipt if they are undamaged and in original packaging. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method after product inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
